About K. McCarthy

K. McCarthy is a long time dream of owner Kathleen McCarthy Goff Weber.

Kathleen and her husband, Aaron, started the K. McCarthy Fashion Truck in September of 2013. The truck was the most exciting and adventurous two years of their lives (along with getting engaged and married in those same few years)! They met amazing people on the road, found exciting new towns and visited more driveways than they can count.

K. McCarthy opened its first brick and mortar store in August of 2016, above Sugar Dive in Green Hills. It was the most amazing spot for K. McCarthy to have their first store front and to meet an amazing community of people...Along with enjoy a few shakes and cookies from their downstairs neighbors ;)

In March of 2016, K. McCarthy opened their free standing store next to King Jewlers in Green Hills. If you've ever been tempted to stop by, now is the time! Their new store is inviting, beautiful and easy to get to! Located on the corner of Hobbs and Hillsboro, you can stop by without getting into Green Hills traffic. A huge plus!

Women from all walks of life, from working women to busy moms, love the convenience and personal attention that are the hallmarks of K. McCarthy. Owner Kathleen Goff offers fashions and advice that help create effortless style that is “put together but not too fussy.”

About Kathleen McCarthy Goff Weber

Launching the K. McCarthy is a dream come true for Kathleen, since her new venture combines two things she loves: fashion and helping people.

During Kathleen’s childhood in Little Rock, one of her mom’s best friends owned B. Barnett, the premier women’s clothing store in town. Since Kathleen’s own best friend was the granddaugher of the the founder of Dillard’s department stores, she learned a lot during her childhood about fashion and retail. Kathleen began dreaming of her own clothing store while she was still a girl.

Kathleen enrolled at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, majoring in Marketing and Psychology. After graduation, she moved to Nashville to work with her sister Sissy Goff at Daystar Counseling Ministries as Assistant Director of Development. Kathleen also worked at Nashville’s premier women’s boutique, JAMIE, for a year, and did wardrobe consulting for Tina Adams Wardrobe Consulting, LLC, for more than two years.

With both of her academic majors fully engaged profesionally, Kathleen enrolled in the MBA program at Belmont -- and began exploring the idea of owning a clothing store.

K. McCarthy allows Kathleen to combine both her loves – fashion and helping people. “There’s something about fashion that, if done well, makes people feel so good about themselves,” Kathleen explains. “With my counseling and fashion background, helping women feel good about themselves through fashion is my sweet spot.”

Kathleen also dearly loves her Wheaten Terrier, Lolly. On very happy occasions, all three loves – fashion, helping people, and one adorable dog -- will overlap at K. McCarthy.
